THE CREATIVE STORY
“Yo Soy — I Am” is an album by Eleazar Mora, produced and musically directed by Hildemaro Álvarez. Conceived as a large-scale production, the project brings together symphonic language, contemporary elements, live instrumentation, and carefully developed production within a strong and expressive musical identity.
Hildemaro led the music production, arrangements and orchestrations, musical direction, piano, programming, and a key part of the mixing process, shaping every element as part of a unified sonic architecture. The project incorporated symphonic resources and a broad instrumental palette, with particular attention to color, dynamics, depth, and emotional impact.
The Approach:
The production was developed through an integrated creative vision, preserving the essence of each piece while expanding its expressive possibilities through detailed arrangements, orchestral writing, and a contemporary sonic treatment. Each song was given its own identity while remaining part of a cohesive musical language across the album.
Performance, orchestration, production, and mixing were treated as interconnected parts of the same musical narrative, allowing the project to move naturally between intimate moments, expansive symphonic passages, and cinematic developments. The result is a refined, emotionally powerful production with a clearly defined artistic identity.
OUTCOME & IMPACT
The project received multiple honors at the 2026 World Entertainment Awards, including five awards, further strengthening the international profile of Yo Soy — I Am within the independent Latin music landscape. The production brought together more than 150 musicians and collaborators, reflecting the scale and complexity of a project conceived across multiple musical and technical disciplines.
Beyond the awards, the album reinforced Eleazar Mora’s artistic identity and demonstrated the reach of a project built through an integrated vision of production, arranging, orchestration, performance, and sonic design.
